PSC-ICRRA hold joint seminar on Democracy and National narrative

Pakistan Study Centre University of Peshawar and International Council of Research for Religious Affairs held a joint seminar on Democracy and National narrative. Representative of ICRRA Uzair Salaman and Director Pakistan Study Centre Prof. Dr. Fakhr-ul-Islam spoke on the occasion. Faculty members and students attended the seminar. It was observed during the discussion that democracy is the most popular system followed by majority of nations in the world. Pakistan came into existence as a result of democratic process and may be strengthened through democracy. The participants were unanimous on the point that unless we evolve democratic culture, only holding of elections may not serve the purpose.
